    Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

    1. Eligibility: The Referral Programme is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees, partners, affiliates, and immediate family members of SSC Legacy are not eligible to participate.
    2. Participation: To participate, individuals must complete the official referral form provided by SSC Legacy. Each participant must provide accurate and complete information in the referral form.
    3. Referral Rewards: Participants are eligible to receive monetary rewards for referring businesses that subsequently result in a closed deal with SSC Legacy’s Undercover Workforce Investigators, Corporate and Industrial Investigations, or other services. A fixed monetary reward per successfully closed deal for the duration (per month) of the investigation contract will be paid to the referrer.
    4. Qualifying Referral: A “qualifying referral” is a referred lead that converts into a closed deal within 60 days from the referral submission date. SSC Legacy reserves the right to determine the final decision on whether a referral qualifies for a reward.
    5. Reward Distribution: Rewards will be processed within 30 days after the closed deal’s official confirmation and payment from the client. Participants will receive their rewards via bank transfer.
    6. Multiple Referrals: Participants can refer multiple businesses. There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can submit.
    7. Modification or Termination: SSC Legacy reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without prior notice. Participants will not be entitled to any rewards for referrals submitted after the program’s termination date.
    8. Programme Abuse: Any fraudulent, unethical, or abusive behaviour related to referrals, including misrepresentation or misuse of the programme, will result in disqualification from the programme and the forfeiture of any rewards.
    9. Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared with them during the referral process.
    10. Limitation of Liability: SSC Legacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, lost profits, arising out of or related to the Referral Programme.
    11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    By participating in the Referral Programme, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
