Police rescued a nine-year-old boy who was kidnapped in Laudium earlier this week after his abductors demanded a ransom. Working with private security, officers tracked the suspects to Danville, Pretoria, where they arrested five individuals, including one known to the family. The suspects, found with an unlicensed firearm, are foreign nationals and are set to appear in court. The child has been safely reunited with his family after medical evaluation.
